Welcome to Kasa Origen. By booking any of our accommodations, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. These are aligned with Colombian consumer protection law (Law 1480 of 2011) and international hospitality standards. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
2. Booking and Payment
- Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received through approved methods.
- Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, bank transfers, and other secure options communicated during the booking process.
- Currency and Taxes: All prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made according to our official Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy complies with the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute and is in line with international standards for short- and long-term stays.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Occupancy Limits: Guests must respect the maximum occupancy stated for each property. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
- Property Care: Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property and for any damages caused during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements may be charged accordingly.
- Noise and Behavior: Guests must respect local laws, house rules, and neighbors. Disturbances may lead to early termination of the stay without refund.
5. Liability
Kasa Origen is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the premises unless proven to be caused by gross negligence or breach of safety regulations. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers personal injury, property loss, and medical emergencies.
6. Data Privacy and Legal Compliance
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, and international data protection practices. You may exercise your rights of access, correction, or deletion by writing to origen.roca@gmail.com.
