Standard Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to stays of 27 nights or fewer:
- Full Refund: Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within the 48-hour window, 50% will be refunded for all nights.
- Late Cancellations (7–14 days before check-in): 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- Last-Minute Cancellations (less than 7 days): 100% of the reservation will be charged.
Long-Term Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to reservations of 28 or more consecutive nights:
- Full Refund: Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 28 days before check-in.
- Partial Refund: If cancelled later:
- You will be paid 100% for all nights already spent.
- You will also be paid for the next 30 nights from the date of cancellation.
- If fewer than 30 nights remain, you’ll be paid 100% for those remaining nights.
This policy complies with Colombia’s consumer protection regulations (Law 1480 of 2011) and ensures transparency and fairness for both guests and hosts.
