- Occupancy Limits: Guests must respect the maximum occupancy for each property. Violations may lead to cancellation without refund.
- Property Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration caused during their stay. Kasa Origen reserves the right to charge for necessary repairs or replacements.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Kasa Origen is not liable for accidents, injuries, personal losses, or illnesses occurring on or near the premises unless proven to be due to operator negligence. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance if needed.
